Dr. Kimberly Sitter is a native to the Irmo area and is a graduate of Chapin High School. She earned undergraduate degrees in psychology and studio art at Furman University in Greenville, SC. She completed her Masters and PhD in School Psychology at the University of South Carolina.

Dr. Sitter completed her internship and post-doctoral training in Lexington County School District One in Lexington, SC as a school-based psychologist. She has experience in working with youth ages 5 to 18 years of age across both school and clinical settings.

Dr. Sitter specializes in psychological evaluation. Her school-based training has provided her with direct experience in both IEP and 504 services for students that help her assist families manage these processes. She often conducts psychological evaluations for children and adolescents with autism, learning disorders, and ADHD.

Regarding therapeutic services, Dr. Sitter has special interests in parent management training and cognitive behavioral therapy to address behavioral and academic difficulties.

Dr. Sitter is married to James Sitter with whom she has one young son and two dogs.
